Michelle Langley Drive for Diversity Crew Members Ready for 2010

The Drive for Diversity Crew Member Development Program presented by Sprint will kick-off the 2010 season Daytona International Speedway. Eight current Drive for Diversity pit crew athletes, along with at least three program graduates, will go over-the-wall during Speedweeks competition.

Sarah Cornett-Ching Busy During the Off Season

As well as going to school, over the off season, we have also been hard at work on our race program. We bought a front runner chassis that was in need of some repairs to the left front of the clip, so we fixed that and sold it. Then we bought a 2007 Victory Circle chassis that needed a new front clip, its on the frame jig now all tacked together waiting for our new tig welder to show up so we can weld it all together. Sarah Cornett-Ching Sept 29th

Pulled double duty again, the Streetstock Invitational on Sept 29th drew quite a car count, 26 cars qualified for the night, putting us 5th. We finished 2nd in the A heat with quite a heated battle for the lead in the closing laps. The Main event we ran in 3rd most of the race until the car became to loose to hold off the 4th place car.
