About Me
Katie Hagar is twenty three years old and is currently living in Mooresville,NC . She is originally from Damariscotta, Maine and has been involved in racing since she was eleven years old. Katie started racing go-karts in 1996, earning Rookie of the year and finishing 2nd in the point standings while obtaining many victories. In 2000 Katie then transitioned to racing in the Allison Legacy Series, Originated by the famous driver Bobby Allison. Katie earned 6 feature wins and finished 2nd in the point standings, only twenty points out of the championship. She then excelled within the Pro All Star Series in New England, racing an Open Wheel Modified and a Super Late Model, as the only femae compeditor. The determined New England native raced for the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Program and team owner Bill McAnnally,(BMR) in 2008 racing in the NASCAR Whelen All American Series in Roseville, CA. Earning 11 top ten finishes.In the 2009 race season, Katie continued as a NASCAR Drive for Diversity Driver racing for Frank Jordan and Golden State Racing out of Roseville, CA. Katie set a track qualifying record at Stockton 99 Speedway as the first female, also earning 4 top five finishes and multiple top ten finishes.Katie can be remembered through her work as a strong supporter of the American Cancer Society, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and the Make A Wish Foundation. Through her campaigning to raise thousands of dollars, Katie continues to set high goals and is in hopes to race a full NASCAR K&N Pro Series Schedule and or NASCAR Craftsman Truck Schedule in the future.In 2010 Katie will be racing at various tracks in the Southern Region in the NASCAR Late Model Whelen All American Series for Revolution Racing. A Three Week Break can’t Brake GSR’s Diversity Driver Katie Hagar Earning a Top Ten Finish at the 99 Speedway

Golden State Racing and their Diversity Driver, Katie Hagar went back to racing at the Stockton 99 Speedway on September 12th after having a three week break.

On August 15th, the Golden State Racing Team and NASCAR Diversity Driver Katie Hagar get back on track after having a month off from the New Stockton 99 Speedway. Katie Hagar Heads to Indy for Annual Lyn St James Women in the Winners Circle Event

Katie Hagar, one of NASCAR’s Drive for Diversity Driver heads to Indianapolis, Indiana to attend the Lyn St James Annual Women in the Winners Circle Event on July 23. Hagar, racing this year for Frank Jordan and Golden State Racing at Stockton 99 currently holds the track record at the new surfaced ¼ mile short track. Hagar Hangs Tough at Stockton

Hello everyone,



Another rough night for us at Stockton 99 Speedway. Katie Hagar qualified 6th out of an 18 car field and with a straight-up start, Katie began the race in the 6th position. She picked her way to the front running in 2nd place by lap 43 of the 50 lap main. After several cautions & restarts, it looked like we had a solid 2nd and possible a shot at 1st. First female in the West, D4D Driver Katie Hagar Breaks Track Record at Stockton 99

Hello everyone,



Well we had a typical night of short track racing with all the bumping & banging you can expect. The bright side is that Katie Hagar now owns the track record in qualifying at Stockton 99 Speedway. She is the first woman ever to hold a track record at the famed speedway .She broke the record with a blistering 13.57 hanging two tenths on the rest of the field.
