Tiffany's Bio
Tiff Daniels started her racing career in 1998 as a crew member, assisting with timing, chassis setup and repair work for a bandolero team. In 2001, Daniels transitioned from crew member to driver, climbing behind the wheel of a Semi-Pro Legends car at Langley Speedway in Hampton, Va.
Daniels continued to drive legends cars in the Semi-Pro and Pro divisions, gaining the support of competitors and fans with impressive showings at tracks such as Lowe's Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C., Old Dominion Speedway in Manassas, Va., Southern National Raceway Park in Kenly, N.C. and Southampton Motor Speedway in Capron, Va.
After much success in legends cars, including the 2003 Women’s National Championship, Daniels stepped up to a limited late model stock car, competing at South Boston (Va.) Speedway. Running a limited schedule in both 2005 and 2006, she scored numerous top-five and top-10 finishes at the historic .400-mile track.
In 2007, Daniels piloted her limited late model and NASCAR Whelen All-American Series late model to six top-five finishes in 14 events, including a second-place finish at Southern National Raceway Park. Following the 2007 race season, Daniels was invited to her first Drive for Diversity Testing & Evaluation Combine presented by Sunoco.
Daniels also graduated magna cum laude from UNC-Charlotte in 2007 with a degree in mechanical engineering (with a concentration in motorsports) and a minor in public relations.
Daniels continued racing in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series in 2008. Her on-track performance and off-track community service again earned her an invitation to the Drive for Diversity Testing & Evaluation Combine presented by Sunoco, held at South Boston Speedway last fall.
This season Daniels, who works as a support engineer for Earnhardt Ganassi Racing, competes in the NASCAR Camping World Series East for Hamilton Racing.
